The Salt Group specialises in unlocking complex urban sites, be it land, commercial or residential property. We focus on sites in London based acquisitions with values between £1 – £5m. We look for sites where we can use our skills as an architect and two surveyors to create value through a substantial change. This might be through creating a radical design alteration, by changing its use, or through a total redevelopment which improves a site’s utilisation. From an old dairy yard to dilapidated houses and vacant land, we’ve carefully shaped them all into homes that we wish we still owned.
