BACKGROUND
Founded in 2013 by the merger of an architectural, development and surveying practice the founders created the company to bring these skill sets together to create intelligent design adding value to land and buildings. With the rapidly changing property environment The Salt Group has evolved and grown to operate in both development and strategic land sectors.
MEET THE TEAM
We are three Chartered property professionals; two surveyors and an architect. Our expertise means The Salt Group is nimble and able to make decisions quickly.
Max
Max provides a multi-disciplined skillset to the group drawing on an extensive track record of buying, appraising and delivering development projects. A natural negotiator Max loves a deal, but he’s never happier than being on site, physically witnessing our buildings come to life.
Will
Will has been involved with a wide spectrum of development and has an impeccable skill in analysing and running developments. He’s an astute thinker whose key to our property acquisitions and is pivotal roll in realising the developments. He has worked in residential and office development, and commercial asset management.
Francis
Francis brings an artistic and creative flare, unlocking the intangible benefits of design to the business. His career has included a succession of high profile projects in residential, retail, office and maritime sectors and is experienced in navigating the planning environment in London.
