An oxidised steel beam was inserted, allowing the brick rear wing to appear to float above full width Crittal glazing.

The house was entirely renovated and extended.
The project was undertaken alongside a private client to entirely renovate and extend this house. The project saw changes to all floor levels to increase internal floor area, inserting cantilevered steel structure and full width Crittal windows to the rear.
Bespoke touches
Internally a full interior design was undertaken with a bespoke made kitchen, resin floors, wide angle roof lights and architectural linear lighting.
