The building was acquired as a single freehold and extended and divided into three flats. An additional floor area was created at roof level with the addition of a mansard floor and to the rear at ground and first floors.

The whole property was comprehensively refurbished including an upgrade of the acoustic and thermal insulation. Roof terraces were created at raised ground and second floor levels.
