The Salt Group undertook a full refurbishment, taking the building back to brick.
The development saw the conversion of the building, previously used by the electrician’s for the Wimbledon Tennis Club, into five characterful flats.
The development consists of five flats; a mixture of one and two beds. The top floor was extended to give ceiling heights of 3m. The ground floor was first built as retail and the floor levels were changed to give additional privacy to occupants as well as to create a duplex over basement and ground.
All flats were designed individually pursuing a theme modern open plan layouts, bespoke joinery, matte Oak floors and black ironmongery.
