Construction is close to completion at Exeter House, Craven Avenue for 9 new luxury apartments. With the use of expanded bronzed metal architectural detailing, together with balconies and herringbone brickwork, it gives a sculptural quality. The new dwellings are highly sustainable and aim to promote biodiversity with the use of sedum roofs. Construction is due to be completed Q4 2024.
Exeter House is located in close proximity to Ealing Broadway which is undergoing rapid change and benefits from excellent transport links locally and across wider London. The design process has taken into consideration neighbouring sensitivities, maintains privacy and aims to enhance the local street scape. Secure bike stores have been incorporated into the design.
